Our journey to France was serendipitous, driven by the allure of new adventures. With only one destination in mind – the iconic Mont Saint-Michel – the rest of our itinerary unfolded spontaneously, guided by the whims of the moment. As lovers of water, history, and yes, sheep, we set out to explore the picturesque landscapes of this enchanting country.
Mont Saint-Michel: A Unique Marvel
Our primary destination, Mont Saint-Michel, promised a blend of natural beauty, history, and pastoral charm. A leisurely 30-minute walk from the parking area led us to its majestic peak, though a bus option is available for those preferring a quicker journey.
While the weather didn’t favor our photo shoot aspirations, the experience was nonetheless enchanting. However, we found ourselves drawn more to the allure of other destinations. Yet, for early risers or sunset enthusiasts, Mont Saint-Michel promises even greater splendor, a spectacle we hope to witness on a future visit.

While France may not be the most budget-friendly destination, its splendor and diversity make every moment of the journey worthwhile.
